By accessing or using Possessed, creating an account, signing in with Google, providing your phone number, or subscribing to alerts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Possessed provides shopping intelligence, resale and pricing signals, watched-item tools, and alerts for shoppers. Recommendations and alerts are informational only. We do not guarantee that an item will remain available, that a price will change, or that any recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

Possessed is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The RealReal.

You may sign in using Google or by phone verification. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact information current.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Possessed, including verification codes and alert messages about items, prices, restocks, carts, or other activity you track. Consent to receive marketing or alert text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies based on your tracked items, alert preferences, and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or changing your alert settings.
• Reply HELP for help where supported, or contact [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout or in the product. Subscription fees are billed by our payment provider and may renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.

You agree not to misuse the service. You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide.
• Submit content or links that infringe rights or violate law.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to others without permission.

You keep ownership of links, preferences, and other content you provide. You grant Possessed a limited license to use that content to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service, including generating recommendations and alerts.

The service may depend on third-party platforms, providers, websites, or data sources, including Google, Twilio, payment processors, and shopping sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, or their content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possessed disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possessed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or unavailable items. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Possessed in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, create risk, or use the service in a way that may harm Possessed, other users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
